Jules is a phenomenal realtor, and helped my wife and I acquire our dream house! She went above and beyond in scouting out houses in our price range, and worked hard negotiating with the selling agents. We bought in a sellers market, but Jules made it a much more manageable process as a buyer, and helped keep our spirits up through the difficult house hunt. She made herself available to us for long home viewing excursions and frequently on fairly short notice. She was in constant communication with us throughout the process, so we were always on the same page. She is also extremely knowledgeable in her field and was a great resource and sounding board on decisions. We would recommend her to anyone looking for a home. When you hire her, you will truly feel that you are your realtors number one priority!

As a first time home buyer, Jules did everything I could have possibly asked for and more. She went above and beyond to work with the sellers and because of that, the home closed quickly and smoothly. She was also instrumental in getting me approved on a loan and slowly/patiently walked me through the entire process when I literally had no idea what I was doing. She was there for me every step of the way, answered each and every question I had, and really made me feel comfortable the whole time. The deal closed surprisingly fast and I could not be happier with the experience.
