Russell helped us buy our condo in the Pearl. While I'd purchased homes before, it was my first time purchasing in a multifamily building. His insight into things I'd not considered (e.g. the way the HOA governance works, its financials, the potential for them to levy additional fees when needed) proved invaluable and potentially saved us from a poorly-run community. Highly recommended for anybody who wants more from an agent than a car ride and key for homes you found on Zillow.
