Rachel is such an incredible person to work with when it comes to finding and buying a home. She is a PNW native and knows so much about Portland and all the unique details of each neighborhood. Not only does she have her finger on the pulse of this city, she is super well versed in craftsmanship and home details. Rachel understands the business and has great strategy when it comes to the bidding portion. We have worked with her to purchase our first and second home, and will work with her again if we ever decide to leave. She is THE BEST.

My neighbor asked me how our house sold for so much more than the one across the street that listed at the same time. I told him it was a number of factors: the aesthetics (Rachel helped to advise on that!), the last minute fixes (Rachel had all the contractors lined up and ready to go!), the photography (Rachel made those extra sunset shots happen!), and the listing itself (Rachel knew her timing and her wording!). Basically Rachel uses her skills as a realtor to make anyone she works with feel downright lucky to be on her team. I'll choose team Rachel over and over again.

We had a great experience working with Rachel. We looked at many houses and settle on one. We needed some hefty repairs needed and Rachel did a great job negotiating with the seller and their realtor. She is very knowledgeable about the areas. I had a beautiful home that had some challenges to make the sale go through. While my regular agent that I had used for years was not willing to take on the project. Rachel did not backdown, she jumped at the opportunity and did not hesitate for one second! I will say that Rachel's positive out look and hard working ethic are far beyond what most real estate agents will do. Rachel is a real go getter and I would recommend her for anyone. She closed the deal not only with in the week but sure enough got the multiple offers and so the bidding war began. We sold well over asking price. Thank you Rachel!

Rachel is one of a kind! As a first-time homebuyer she was patient in helping me understand the process, directing me to the right people and information, and created space to break down the details.
