Irene helped us find our first home in Oregon. She helped us navigate the buying process in a seller's market during the pandemic. She was not afraid to ask the seller's agent (and us) all the hard questions to make sure we landed in the right place for US. Her book was also helpful and gave us an idea of what to expect and what to look out for. Irene is not pushy, and she was constantly looking out for us / genuinely cared that we were getting a good value. She is laid back, honest, and easy to work with - exactly what we needed during a stressful, high stakes marathon. We have been in our house for 6+ months now and still can't believe we landed here.
