When I bought my house it was an extreme seller's market and yet she helped me win the brand new house I wanted along with some extras I wanted to sweeten the deal. Then when I went to sell it six years later, I made an impulsive decision to sell and leave town. She was a one woman cheering squad, encouraging me when I thought it couldn't happen so fast. Not only that but she literally helped us get out of that house in 16 days and had it on the market three days after that. It was the hardest 16 days but she pulled in all of her contacts and made it happen. She went above and beyond! Plus she had multiple offers on the house and handled the bidding war with expertise and grace. Give her a try, you won't be disappointed!

Kristen was the BEST realtor I have ever worked with and this is my 4th home purchase. Anyone can show you a house and write up a contract. How Kristen was different was gauging what my "must haves" were, and she was able to provide estimates from experience on what it would cost to have those features (for me it was Central AC, a lot over 7k sq ft, and gas wired to kitchen). The house we ultimately chose had 2 of the 3 must haves, and I was okay with that because the house shined in so many other areas. I was content with this because the house already has gas and I knew roughly how much it would cost to get it to the kitchen to be able to have a gas stove. Where she went ABOVE and BEYOND in expectations is when the Inspection came back. There were some issues we'd have never guessed would come back: HIGH radon levels, miswired electrical, root ball in the sewer line, roof damage from the solar panels. She quickly got estimates for the repair work, lined up resources to do the work. Her network of contacts proved to be more cost effective than the quotes the seller and the seller agents had. As a result, the seller used her contacts for the repairs. She worked with the contractors to fix everything, she even got them to fix other issues that came back from the inspection I didn't ask the seller to fix. She saved the seller a lot of time and money on the repairs, saved me $15k in repairs, and worked miracles when my lenders kept surprising us with more requirements and demands. Any realtor can show you a house and fill out boiler plate contracts. Kristen is YOUR advocate, is very experienced in real estate, has an invaluable rolodex of contacts, and isn't afraid to level-set in the most professional manner to helping you choose your dream home. If someone is going to earn 2-3% to represent you, they should be able to save you MONEY and time.

Kristen was wonderful and very patient with me (first time buyer). She did all the work scheduling home tours and was understanding when I wasn't feeling a particular property. When it came time to make an offer Kristen really shined. She made good suggestions on how to structure the offer and kept in close touch with me throughout the process! I always felt like I had the right information at the right time.
