As first-time home buyers, my partner and I needed a lot of hand-holding and communication throughout the process of buying a house. We needed someone that understood what we wanted within our budget. A good friend recommended Andy and we are so pleased she matched us up with him. Right away, Andy knew exactly the kind of house we were looking for. He was enthusiastic when we were out looking at properties, reassuring while we were waiting (all the waitings! Offer, inspections, escrow, and closing...), and extremely communicative, honest, and transparent every step of the way. He went above and beyond to helpful beyond the scope of his job, and was just an utter joy to be around. Oh yeah, we're so happy with our house too! Total dream come true!
