Ive purchased and sold a lot of homes and this was the absolute worst experience Ive ever had. Almost always refuses to take phone calls, and is always in a meeting and will send you directly to voicemail. will not get papers signed on time and shows zero regard for anybody. Do yourself a favor and Stay far away from this one.

Gary is kind, explains and answers questions well, has patience too. He also has continued to speak with us when we have homeowners questions. What stood out to me as going above and beyond his necessary duties : Upon completion of our home purchase Gary gifted us. First a cute house warming gift, with a card & Caesars pizza gift certificates to feed us as we moved in. Not to mention paid in full one year coverage of Home warranty Insurance. Just a few weeks before renewal of this policy we started having electrical issues. A/c in this current heat shuts off. Anyhow, long story made short our entire electrical panel needs replaced, re-grounded and bonded. With Our out of pocket cost $400 and The Home Warranty Insurance paying $2002.09, saving us from a big bill. Thanks again Gary!

Gary did an awesome job orchestrating the sale of my Moms house. He was right on in setting the asking price for the house and gave recommendations to prep the house to net the most money out of the deal. He is very professional, recommended a great painting and handyman contractor who did the work for a very reasonable price. Could not have gone more smoothly.
