We were so thrilled to have Ashley as our real estate agent, selling our home in Multnomah Village. She was equal parts savvy agent and project manager. We had a beautiful, unique home...but it needed a few updates before going to market AND we were on a tight schedule. Ashley helped us find resources, craft timelines (and stick to them!), schedule stagers, remove our stove, and more...oh, and she actually scheduled showings and open houses and all the things she would typically do! Ashley is an amazing realtor with unbelievable stamina! She will get your house ready to list by creating a checklist with a plan of action to get the checklist complete. I've been fortunate to work with her and Ashley knows how to help her buyers at their pace, listen to their needs, and keeps their best interest at the forefront of her business. She's a total gem!

From the moment Ashley signed on, I knew my family would find our perfect home. She asked a million questions, and took the time to listen to us. She was able to hear how my partner and I were talking about different homes we were touring, and say, "Hmmm. I noticed that you like x-y-z about the last home, and this one doesn't seem to have that, but I know another home that DOES have that, let's go see that one." When we finally walked into *OUR* home, she was able to see our joy, and then address each of our concerns. She was available for all of our moments of panic, figure out how to resolve things that we were feeling too overwhelmed to deal with, help us work through the practical challenges of moving, of helping our children adapt, and also advocate for all our needs. Her ability to talk to ANYONE built relationships and helped us establish a friendship with the seller so that our transition was smooth and friendly and also met all of our needs and wants. Couldn't recommend her more!

I did a great deal of research to find an agent before selecting Ashley to sell my parent's house. Ashley convinced us that our house could sell for 30% more than all other agents recommended. We ended selling the house for even more than we listed. I am convinced this is mostly due to Ashley's advice on what we needed to do prior to putting it on the market. I would highly recommend Ashley to anybody I know who is looking for an agent that will be fully dedicated to her clients!
