We were referred to Marc by a friend who'd worked with him; moving to Portland from out-of-state, we wanted to be sure our realtor would be extra-knowledgable about Portland's neighborhoods. Marc exceeded our expectations! He was able to accommodate our limited time in Portland, asked us all of the right questions (and really listened to our answers), and showed great patience and persistence during our buying process. Marc Angelo was my agent to buy my first home. His easy going style worked great for me, and helped keep my stress at bay. He is knowledgeable about the local market and as our search expanded he offered quality insight to areas I was unfamiliar with. I really appreciated his prompt communication skills, especially coupled with the fact that I never felt rushed or an inconvenience to him (I sometimes struggle to make decisions). Marc Angelo was amazing! I truly could not have asked for a better experience. As a first time home-buyer with a limited budget, beginning the whole home-buying process seemed intimidating. Marc made the whole experience easy and even fun! I got along with him instantly upon our first meeting, and he very quickly got an idea of what I was looking for in a home. Within a week, we were out seeing houses and exploring neighborhoods. Within 3 weeks I had made an offer on a home that matched all of my criteria! I can't believe how quickly and smoothly the whole process went! Marc was attentive, friendly, thorough, and always available for my questions.
