Robert is a fantastic and responsive Agent. He helped us find our first home and later sell it. He is one of the most honest and organized real estate agents I have ever met. Couldn't recommend him highly enough!

I highly recommend working with Robb for all of your real estate needs. Where do I even start. Before I get into our specific experience, Robbs responsiveness deserves its own section of this review. He understands how fast paced the real estate market can be and also gets how overwhelming it all can be especially for first time buyers, so he is very responsive. I found myself telling him we did not expect his level of responsiveness and would totally understand if he needed a break! We could always count on a call or text back right away anytime we reached out. We were first time home buyers and decided to make an offer on a new build in January of 2022. I am so glad we chose to go through the build process with Robb representing us and really looking after us in the most professional and caring way. We thought this would be an easy transaction as wed already picked the builder, subdivision, and floor plan we wanted and were ready to make an offer and thought wed do so and just make a couple design selections and be moving into a brand new house in just a short 6 months. Well that was definitely not how things went! We faced many challenges during the build process. Robb brought his valuable and diverse experience to the table in so many ways that go way beyond what we anticipated a realtor helping us with. Robb is a seasoned realtor, and also has a background in construction, interior design, appliances, and electrical that make him a very valuable guy to have on your home buying or building journey. Throughout our build process, the builder blatantly ignored all of our communication attempts, withheld important information like our design selections or measurements to order appliances that would likely be back ordered, and refused to give updates on key details like the build being delayed months past the original closing date. Even as we were in an unfavorable position in a sellers market, Robb was able to get creative to find leverage where no one saw it to advocate for us and get us the answers we needed. If it werent for him we probably would be in a new house with no appliances and no idea if the materials used were actually the ones we selected. Or we would still be waiting for our house to be finished! Additionally, between interest rates going way up weeks after making our offer and not fully understanding how new construction financing worked, other members of the transaction not providing us with enough information to make informed decisions, our build being vandalized (someone literally tried to light our new house on fire), understanding city code and our rights to inspections, nuances of new construction appraisals, and so much more, we had a great working relationship with Robb and were so grateful to have someone we could trust on our side. Aside from his expertise and work ethic, Robb is a genuinely nice guy and you will inevitably become friends working together. While we usually had plenty of business to focus on, we did really enjoy chatting with Robb and look forward to staying in touch.
