Chris is absolutely amazing! Chris recently helped me sell my first home. He walked me through each step of the process in incredible detail and was very willing to answer any (and all) of my questions that I threw his way. Throughout the entire process, I had full trust in Chris and knew that he had my best interest in mind. Chris made selling my home an absolute breeze and was incredibly knowledgeable, personable and just downright awesome during every step. I found Chris through a friend of a friend. We bought a home during a rough time for buyers. We looked at at least ten house before the one, and Chris was always very accommodating for us (we both work shift work). Once we landed on a home we wanted, there were some potential road blocks and Chris always made time, via text, phone calls, and emails. When it came time for our inspection, it had to be scheduled for a particular day (everything and everyone was backed up in 2021), and we happened to have long standing plans to be out of town. Chris assured us it would be fine, and represented us in our absence. He negotiated on our behalf and always gave us advice on how to best approach things. We ended up with the home we wanted, the neighborhood we loved, at the price we wanted, in a very tough market. I would recommend him to all friends and family in Oregon.

Chris took the time initially to understand my needs and was very cognizant of them thought the process. He made every effort to keep the stress level to a minimum, communicated when appropriate and without being overbearing, and made both the sale of my old place and purchase of my new place go as smoothly as could be expected.

He walked us through step by step and provided sound advice and support consistently. He is efficient and knowledgeable, enthusiastic and experienced.
