The idea to move from a place in southeast about 2300 miles away to Portland area was really overwhelming considering besides so many other things, buying a house with our very specific needs. But Alicia Selliken came to our rescue. She understood our needs and helped tremendously in house hunting process sorting out the available houses, eliminating the houses that did not fit our needs etc. She was extremely helpful and accommodating to show us around at any time we were ready without any hesitation. We visited so many houses together, discussed house styles, areas, culture, and did all this with laughter, enjoyment, and without any sign of tiredness or annoyance! Devi and I appreciate the amount of effort and time Alicia put in finding a suitable dream house for us. She stayed on top of the things during not only negotiation and closing process, but also during inspection and post closing process and even to acquire missing keys etc in our absence. We were so happy to have Alicia on our side during this overwhelming experience and making it a enjoyable experience. We did not even know Alicia before we started our house hunting but now it seems that we have such a great relationship that we feel that Alicia is our good friend for a very long time.
