As a sole buyer going through the home buying process for the first time, knowing I was going to have to make big decisions on my own, I went into this feeling something like excited terror. From the beginning, Tim made me feel at ease. His kind, friendly and attentive manner made him a joy to work with and a much needed salve for my overly anxious nerves. The depth of Tims knowledge was apparent in his explanations of how things work, such as siding, wall composition, electrical, etc. and his ability to answer each and every question I had. Tims relationship building, patience and genuine interest in helping you find exactly what you are looking for is what makes him extraordinary. I dont know how other real estate agents are to work with, but I have no interest in finding out. When you met someone that does a good job, you want to compliment them, But when you have Tim Saeland as a realtor, you want to have to yell from the roof tops, Tim listens to you, educates you, and puts in long hours to make sure you are happy. We have had the pleasure of working with Tim, in selling and purchasing a home and on both fronts, I have been extremally impressed, just when you think it can't get better Tim, does something over the top. I have worked with realtors before, but never have had someone from start to finish with the knowledge Tim, has shared. I highly recommend Tim, in all aspects of Real Estate.

Tim was absolutely great to work with and went above and beyond to help us sell this home. This had been our family home and our Mom had died, it was a very emotional time and Tim was fabulous in dealing with any and all problems that came up. He was very attentive and very good about always keeping us up to date in the selling process. I would recommend Tim to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
