James was a pleasure to work with on two separate purchases for out of state 1031 exchanges. Clear communication, diligence, and actual genuine caring. He kept all parties involved updated throughout the process with a truncated timeline. I would highly recommend him. He has detailed knowledge of many areas I was not familiar with in our search for income properties. He steered us away from many properties with some not obvious downsides. Anyways he is also a good guy.

It was a pleasure to work with James. He was accommodating and very thorough. Working with James, I felt like he had our best interest in mind to ensure we got the right house for us. He also helped us set up painters, carpet stretchers, and carpet cleaners to make sure our house was move in ready. James streamed lined the whole house buying process and made it very easy!

James clearly has his client's best interest in mind whether you're buying or selling. He's open, honest, and professional in his opinions and interactions. The sell of our home was going very smoothly and should have been done quickly, but towards the end everything went sideways with the buyer's lenders (we will never be doing business with anyone who chooses to use Knock as a lender!). James was proactive, and was also assisting the buyer's agent with how this situation could be resolved with their lender as well as contacting the buyer's lenders daily for updates. What should have been an easy close kept getting extended, and took almost an additional 3 weeks. The situation with Knock/our buyers not only affected this transaction, but affected our transaction with our next home, and also with our sellers with their next home. Needless to say, the process became a nightmare, but James was persistent, organized, and definitely the agent you would want on your side! He was invaluable! Grateful we had James for this process!
