Tim helped simplify and expedite the process of finding and buying a house to this new-time buyer. Our total search time was 1.5 weeks, and the total process time was 1.5 months (only due to the previous owners needing a month to buy their next place). Tim was also extremely receptive to my needs as a perspective home buyer. At one point, I had even pulled out of a potential sale at the last second, and he used that as an opportunity to help crystalize what it was about that home that made me feel uneasy. We turned those feelings into more clearly quantified wants/needs for my future home, and he honed in on the house that I ended up buying in under 48 hours. Overall, I highly recommend Tim as a Realtor. He's friendly, well-informed, and is very receptive to the wants/needs of the individual buying. He's also helped find me resources for a few fixes I want to implement before moving, has helped schedule those services, and is helping with moving company organization. To me, that is above and beyond what I had expected when I started, and I greatly appreciate the fact that one of the most important moves of my life may end up becoming one of the easiest.
