Janikka is AWESOME. I would recommend her anytime. We purchased a home 2 hours away from our house and she was more than willing to travel and make arrangements work. The sellers were a bit difficult to work with and Janikka worked so hard to make it a great experience. Even months after we clsoed she is still working for us with things that we are running into with our home. She's excellent and you'll be lucky to work with her..

Janikka represented my husband and myself in the purchase of our North Portland home in the fall of 2019. We were relocating from San Diego, a VERY different housing market. From the moment we first spoke with Janikka, I knew we were in good hands. Her expertise about Portland, its neighborhoods, and the many quirks of old, PDX homes is bar none. We learned a lot about basements, water diversion, knob and tube wiring and so much more. She is the literal, actual best.

Amazing! From start to finish. Tireless and thorough in her efforts. Seemingly always available, incredibly supportive throughout and extremely knowledgeable of the entire process. My wife and I feel so incredibly lucky to have had her by our side the whole time. We both highly recommend her and five stars might not be enough!
