I definitely lucked out when I was introduced to Michell by some dear friends. As a first time home buyer with little to no idea about the process, I relied on her heavily throughout the long-drawn-out process. It becomes evident from the get-go that she is on your team and works fully for your benefit. She is hard working, meticulous, and extremely warm, and will guide you from the very first meeting to closing and even beyond. Michell and her team are my realtors for the sale of my condominium that just closed. Personally this was a challenging time and I had limited availability to tend to key tasks to move stuff and stage my house. Michell provided me coaching on an unfamiliar process with professionalism and compassion, going above and beyond to look after my household in the process. Beth was a great partner when it came time to prepare for the photo shoot, bringing beautiful flowers and tending to small details to make the house look so attractive to buyers. In the end the house had 8 offers over its one weekend on the market and Michell showed great negotiation skills and integrity in the final hours leading up to the deal to ensure I achieved my goal as a seller and bidders were informed and treated respectfully. Best of all, I felt personally looked after by Michell and her team, anticipating needs, accommodating my schedule, even boxing up and securing some last minute items before the open house when I was out of state. This review is long overdue! My partner and I moved to Portland in the summer of 2017 and after getting a feel for the local housing market (and recovering from the sticker shock) we began casually touring open houses on the weekends. This became our weekend tradition as we saved up for a down payment. Touring 2 to 3 open houses each weekend, we met a LOT of real estate brokers. However, I distinctly remember the day we first met Michelle. It was 2018 and we were touring a mid-century-style condo in the Sylvan/West Hills neighborhood that Michelle was hosting. She was so nice and friendly; we clicked right away. I was immediately impressed by her authenticity and also her vast knowledge of the local real estate market. Now fast forward to the day after Christmas Day 2020. We had finally saved up enough for a down payment and I saw a listing go on the market for our dream house! I immediately knew I wanted Michelle to represent us. I called her up and even though she had only met us that one time 2 plus years ago, she remembered us and she not only agreed to meet us at the dream house but she was able to arrange a private tour for us that same day! Then, she helped us find a quality lender to get prequalified. During a holiday week, she helped us write an offer and go through a bidding war with multiple offers. She walked us through complex agreements, line by line, answering our questions and providing her excellent insight and knowledge. She met with us on Zoom when we could not meet in person and she was always available by phone and text. After we finally got our offer accepted, she was there for the inspector walk-through and offered excellent suggestions on what we could ask the sellers to repair/replace. On the big day, she met us outside with a bottle of bubbly and a gift basket to deliver us the keys to our new home! She even stayed to take our picture with the "Sold" sign! As recent first-time buyers, we know there are a lot of choices when it comes to choosing a Real Estate Sales Person/Broker, but we strongly recommend using Michelle. We will continue to tell everyone we know about how incredible Michelle is and we plan to continue doing business with her for years to come. P.S. She sends us a pie every year! :)

My husband connected with Michelle after she sold a home in our neighborhood several years before we were ready to sell. She checked in periodically and kept him up to to date on what was going on in the market. When we were ready to sell there was no question we were going with her and her team. She gave us excellent suggestions to get our house in top selling condition, which resulted in our getting a fantastic price for our home! At the same time, we were looking for acreage to purchase. She trudged through many a field with us (she comes prepared with boots:) and not only helped us purchase a beautiful piece of property, but her research into another property turned up information that kept us from purchasing a property with some major issues. I cant say enough about Michelleshe is just so good at what she does & seems to absolutely love it! She made the whole experience so enjoyable!
