Traci did a 5-star job helping us purchase the perfect house, she was an absolute professional through every step of the home buying journey! My family was new to the area and Traci did a great job of listening to what we wanted and helping narrow down what neighborhoods fit with our "wants". Once we had a general area picked out she did a great job of keeping us informed of what was available based on our criteria... and I am a pretty picky person. While looking for the right house Traci was always available for showings regardless of how short notice or out of the way... a number of them being just a few hours after a house listed. Once we had the house picked out and a budget set up, I told Traci that my job was done and it was up to her to make the deal; that is exactly what she did... less than 48 hours after walking the house we had an acceptance letter. In addition to all of this, she helped put us in contact with competent individuals for financing, insurance, and closing... all of whom executed perfectly. All-in-all my experience with Traci was perfect and I would recommend her to anyone who will listen. Stop reading reviews and give her a call, she will get you in a house!

Hello there, just wanted to say a few words about my experience buying a home with Keller Williams and my realtor Traci Odem. First of all it's pretty crazy out there right now. Thank goodness for Traci I really don't know what I would have done without her. She helped me navigate through everything that you have to do & there's alot more to it than I thought. Also I'm alittle older than most people that buy a first house I believe & am not the best on computers and such, but Traci was always there to walk me through and never made me feel stupid. I believe it took us quite awhile to fine exactly what I was looking for, but we did find it finally and that was all thanks to Traci. So many times I was ready to just stop looking & try some other time, but Traci was always encouraging, always telling me we'll find it don't worry. She was never pushy, I never felt like she was just in it to make money, I felt like she was genuinely in the business to make her clients happy!! And she did! I got everything I wanted! Thank you!! Anybody that gets lucky enough to work with her , will come away a happy customer.
