We had the extreme pleasure of working with Julia over a few year period to find a new home in the Portland area, while attempting to sell an out-of-area country property. Her patience with the trials and tribulations of previewing so many houses and her handling of several on again, off again "almost" purchases was amazing. I worked with Julia to sell my condo in Vancouver. I told her I wanted the property listed and sold as quickly as possible. I asked her to commit to selling my condo and making it a priority. As a small business owner I have very little time and prefer to expedite all transactions. Julia stepped up and made selling my condo a priority in every sense of the word. She worked with my PM, and handled everything from start to finish.
