        Fairly cheap for what it is, although the wait was very long and somewhat confusing. Employees were very kind and helpful though.

        Nice atmosphere with good views of the river and fast service despite it being fairly busy. The soup dumplings were good, not the best I've ever had, but so far the best I've had in Portland. Oh, and the cucumber salad is the bomb!
