        Be open when you say you're open. Went there once before and it wasn't great either way. Thought I'd give it another chance, but walked two miles and they were closed when it says open online. No hours on door... had to call the other location to find out. Way too many frozen treats in Portland to settle with this place.

        Young guy working the counter was coughing on the gelato. Nobody at this location knows how to properly scoop the gelato into a pint its ridiculous. The other location is a 10/10 everyone there knows how to pack gelato and is nice and friendly, Id honestly rather drive to the other location.
