Sean did a great job helping us buy our house. His communications were always clear, and he responded to us very quickly whenever we needed him (which was often). He made sure we knew what to expect and how things should go, and he made sure that the others involved (title, inspector, sellers, etc.) stayed on track. He also advocated for us and did some great negotiating on our behalf. We were really happy with his work and how he went above and beyond to help us through the process. We would definitely recommend Sean!

Sean was fantastic guiding us through the process of buying our first house in 18 years. His attention to detail ensured the process was smooth and we closed without issues. He negotiated on our behalf to have some issues during inspection covered of by the sellers. His knowledge and communication helped us stay relaxed and informed during the buying process. Even after closing he has been extremely helpful, offering advice and service, and connecting us with people to help out on upcoming projects. Overall we have had an outstanding experience working with Sean!

I cannot tell you enough how amazing Sean was during the home buying process. I was initially looking in Astoria and he drove me out there. After deciding to look in Portland, we found a house fairly quickly. Sean managed everything. He was above and beyond what I expected. I will definitely be referring him to friends and family.

Giving my strongest recommendation for Sean, who guided us flawlessly through the entire home buying experience! As first-time buyers in a difficult market, we couldn't have navigated the myriad of paperwork and questions without his expertise and patient guidance. His goal clearly was to ensure that we not only found a house that suited individual preferences, but also that its quality was understood and vetted. After scheduling all the home tours and the decision was made to buy, Sean handled everything, kept us informed throughout the process, clarified anything we wanted to know, and was always available via text, email, or call. (Having the millions of documents signed electronically also helped things go smoothly!) While many realtors are seen as pushy, Sean is a friendly and professional balance of genuine enthusiasm and chill. Overall, we had an easy, informative, and honest experience with Sean and would recommend him to anyone!
