I honestly cannot say enough good things about relator extraordinaire, Grant. Grant held my hand through EVERYTHING, answered all my questions (often answering the same question many, many, many times - with extreme kindness and patience). He was extremely thorough and had the best home inspectors - finding things that were missed by other inspectors. He is the best advocate any anxiety-filled, indecisive person could ask for. He shows up with enthusiasm, data points, has ALL the connections - lenders, electricians, sewer repair people, appliancedealers, home insuranceagents- everyone he sent me to was so wonderful, and only had the kindest words to say about him. He helps you talk out how to make your new home *yours*. I really cannot recommend Grant enough - first time homebuyers, tenth time homebuyers, fixers, new builds, condos, whatever -Grant is the relator you want in your corner. I wake up every morning feeling so lucky to be in this home, and I owe it all to Grant.

I cant recommend Grant enough if you are a first time homebuyer. His background as a general contractor meant that he was super knowledgable about all aspects of the homes we toured and he took a no-BS approach to educating us about what to look for. We had so much fun touring homes together and he sent us the listing to what is now our dreamy home. He is a STELLAR negotiator. We totally scored on our home thanks to him. We paid nearly $20,000 under the appraisal value and also secured a $10,000 seller paid credit to make some repairs to the home. He really goes to bat for his clients. We bought our home three months ago and Im happy to say that our group chat with Grant is still going strong. He advises us on working with contractors and answers questions that come up about the house. I feel so much more confident as a homeowner with Grant on my side.

Grant has been a miracle worker for me and my chosen family. In an impossible market with impossible odds and impossible timing, Grant made all things possible. Through no short of actual magic, Grant and his team were able to help us find a house and negotiate a winning deal that was well within our budget in a timeframe of less then 5 weeks. I came to Grant with very little hope for how we can make a purchase this year feeling very hopeless. He assured me that he would work as hard as he could to keep my glass half full and told me to keep my spirits high for anything is possible even against all odds. Thank you Grant for being a fantastic realtor but even more so a wonderful person who's positive spirit gave me hope and results.

Grant Williams is everything I didn't know I needed in a realtor! I worked with a couple others before I was introduced to him and just felt like they either weren't listening to my needs nor had my best interest at heart. As a first-time home buyer, I felt very vulnerable shopping in such a seller's market and having a realtor I could trust was extremely important to me. Grant not only heard and fought for what I wanted but got me even more than I thought I needed. He has a plethora of knowledge and is willing to answer any and all questions, dig to the bottom of every rabbit hole you can find, and stays cool and calm through it all. His attentiveness and quick responses to my texts/calls/freak outs, made me feel like I was his only client. He continues to support me long after the sale has completed by providing references to trusted contractors. He is definitely a gem and you want him in your corner! (Oh, and he didn't even bat an eye when I told him I wanted to make a ridiculous "key day" video, going all in with it. He's just magical.)
