Chad is single handedly the best realtor I've ever worked with. The man has a fantastic ability to understand what a client wants, even sometimes before we did. He made himself available on our schedule, and helped us find a great house that we love. Not only that, but he always went above and beyond to make our experience better, and fight for us as buyers. The situation that lent to the need to sell my son's condo was very complex, but nothing that I ever do is simple or easy. My step-daughter highly recommended Chad as a realtor agent. I could write a sob story about the process we went through to get the condo sold. Suffice it to say that Chad was aware of the stress my husband and I have been under. When things became difficult, Chad stepped in and smoothly and confidently coordinated and completed so many steps I was not even aware existed. We are finally done, the condo has been sold. When the time comes to sell our own house (hopefully won't happen anytime soon), we will be calling Chad.
