Swiss Hibiscus

Cute cozy place with amazing food! Good vegetarian options too. They can customize things too which is great. The service was particularly good too. Full service! Thats sadly rare these days but I cant wait to come back.

My mom is from Switzerland and we visit very often, I saw Swiss Hibiscus online and having never been to a Swiss restaurant in America we knew we had to try it. It absolutely blew us away, every single dish tasted as if it came straight from Switzerland and honestly tasted better than some restaurants IN Switzerland. I had somewhat low expectations coming in because every German type restaurant had disappointed me in the past but we were continuously impressed with every dish and how utterly authentic it was. We practically licked our plates clean, I cannot fully express how happy I am to have found this place and will for sure be coming back many many more times. Absolutely 10/10, I HIGHLY recommend this wonderful place.

We had the most AMAZING dinner at Swiss Hibiscus!! After we ordered our meals and sat down, we were immediately served hot rolls with Martins dressing and Martins hot dressing. The rolls were light and fluffy and both dressings were delicious. We started with cheese fondue and French bread cubes. It was so good and plenty for the 4 of us. Then we had the French onion soup and Potato Leek soup. Each had excellent flavor. The house salat and cabbage salat both had Martins dressing on them and were very fresh. Our entrees were very filling. The pork Osso buco had an amazing sauce and fell right off the bone. The linguine was very tasty. The roast chicken sandwich was seasoned perfectly. The bratwurst with browned onions, au jus and spatzli was fantastic. The chicken wienerschnitzel was perfectly seasoned, lightly breaded and crispy and the spatzli was wonderful. We did make room for desserts. Their special was profiteroles with vanilla ice cream and melted chocolate. We got 2 orders. We also got a house-made chocolate chip cookie ice cream cookie sandwich and vanilla ice cream with melted chocolate. The service was impeccable. Both servers were very kind and attentive. The chef has put her heart and soul into the preparation of our meals. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Everything was absolutely delicious! The fondue was heavenly. We were a party of 5 and not one single complaint. Great service, good vibes. Well worth the trip across the river!
