Went and opened a account with them with cash. Didnt receive a temporary card when opening account. Came back 2 days later unfortunately on a Saturday to be told my account was locked I couldn't get any money. Came back monday morning to be told they cant find my account at all by name or social security number. Thankfully had my original paperwork with me and they found my account. They entered my name and social security number wrong. After they figured this out they gave me attitude and was rude for asking for all my money back. The relationship manager never even wanted to step out of his office to try to fix his mistakes or apologize. Never go to this bank. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE.
