        Dr Ember. Is great. She ordered a prescription for me and were notified by Fred Meyers it needed pre approval from my insurance. The medical assistant was confused on the process and I have been waiting over 2 week .went to office over a week ago told from desk lady how to get pre-approved nothing happened. Talked to medical assistant last Monday about who to contact and she was confused. Still waiting. Can't talk to office manager as redirect to medical assistant. Very poor training. Will half to go with out prescription till April when I see Dr Ember. Possibly file a complaint with Oregon medical board. Tired of runaround and no response or update on delayed prescription.

        My Primary Care physician has been very attentive in answering my emailed questions along w/ offering excellent care during my visits. There was some back and forth between the clinic and Providence regarding an ordered blood test, but the manager contacted me to explain the miscommunication, which I appreciated.
