I absolutely love the medical care I get here. However, customer service is leaves a lot to be desired. I have been calling for years and the messages the same... We are experiencing higher call volumes and are concerned about your wait time... Yeah right Called today to schedule an appointment. There were four callers ahead of me. I patiently waited my 15 minutes only to have it ring to someone and then hang up. Called right back only to find. There are now five callers ahead of me. Very frustrating.

03/2024 - You can NOT go here if you can help it. It is the worse of the worse. Phone wait times, rude staff, bad parking lot, doctors that seem out of it, multiple co pay quoted, confused and confrontational. The whole thing makes me cringe. A real 'trying to get through the day with the least amount of energy' feel. I asked a question and opened a can of worms. It's an example of what you get when 20 people get together who do not care about their jobs. Everyone seemed a bit angry and new. Also, the building is next to the highway and felt a bit gritty and unsafe. For example, they had a security guard giving people the stink eye while waiting. There just isn't anything welcoming about it. It is for people who don't know any better and have no other options. Phone wait time is one hour +. Once I waited 2.5 hours. There was an exhausting ineptitude that was going on. For example - giving your birth date four times in one visit. There is personal stuff that happen that I can't put in the review. It just seemed sub professional and communicated 'this is a place for people who have no other choice'. When people make fun of the American health system, this is what they are talking about. I left my number once and never got a call back. I interacted with a nurse that seem to have a serious memory loss dissability. We need to question what kind of medical professional (the doctors!) would allow this standard? Also questioning some of the reviews on this site. Some of these reviews are vague and seem like from people who seem to have a polor oposite expereince? This is consistant with my trust meeter going off. I can't trust them and will delay my medical care for this reason. I believe you should also. Importantly, it is reasonable to think that this standard bleeds into the care and provider service you get. What is the chance that everything is bad except for the actual interpretation and medical care you get? Who are these MD's that allow this to happen? They are part of the problem. You can NOT go here.
