My father is extremely ill. When Dr Mullen retired, my father was told he could be automatically moved to Dr. Friends practice. Linda not only failed to transfer him to Dr Friends practice but also failed to notify him that he was not transferred. He found out 4 months later that he not only didnt have a doctor but also had no refills on extremely crucial meds. When he expressed his confusion to Linda, she refused to clarify how this has occurred and, more upsettingly, went on the offensive. I cant imagine a world where someone working in any profession, not to mention a health profession, is allowed to act like this. I urge you all to take good care of yourselves and steer clear of this place until this brand of deep dysfunction is addressed.
