        Ive scheduled repeatedly this week for a telephone appointment to get my prescription refilled. I am diabetic and have gone days without my medication. No one has called/ shown up to any of the appointments made or approved my refill. I keep getting told someone will call me today and if they dont to call back. Now its the weekend and theyre closed for 2 more days. This has to be malpractice.
