Rosewood Family Health at Lents

I now understand the reason for all the bad reviews. I was recently assigned a PCP here after I moved by my insurance. When I called to make an appointment they refused saying weren't taking new patients, even though it's literally printed on my insurance card they are the office of my PCP. So I can't see my own PCP which is lovely. I'm calling my insurance to change it to a practice that will actually see their patients.

Dont treat my chronic illnesses appropriately, doctors talk about/ complain about me with nurses and other staff because Im in a lot due to chronic problems. Also very rude and condescending at times. Also no notes, wrong meds, wrong contact info despite updating numerous times in my MyChart account. Currently looking for somewhere new.save yourself the abuse,waste of time with no medical treatment that works, and them neglecting to put any of my med notes/history where I can read them and correct before transferring to my new doc.

Problem with communicating to new patients is terrible, waited 10 minutes to be talk to and its only me waiting in line. Finally I get thru and theres no one that talks English; only the front desk ladie speaks English. I hope they have more people working here
