Staff and doctors here a year ago were fantastic. Everyone was so welcoming, kind and compassionate. I genuinely felt like my doctor and nurses cared for my health. Within the last few months theres been new staff and I have honestly never felt so judged and frustrated with a doctors office. Dont bother trying to call and schedule an appointment, no one will answer or call you back. The general lack of communication is atrocious, being told multiple things by different people. On top of that the judgmental tone used by a doctor here when I called the urgent line, I was shocked. I have truly never felt like a doctors office did not care about my health until now.

North by Northeast saved my life. They had a free clinic and I did not have insurance. They saw me, and let me know I had dangerously high blood pressure and made sure that I got it under control. The community event's they hold are awesome - keep up the good work!

I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic. The staff has always been so respectful and kind. I feel like they really listen and give thoughtful responses to my questions and concerns. Ive spent years with doctors whom I would avoid calling, even when I had a need, because I didnt feel comfortable with them. Im so happy to have found a healthcare practice that I feel I can trust!
