Wonderful environment, and love Stephanies approach. I felt totally safe, and as someone who can be particular about such things there was just the right amount of education/communication throughout. I walked out the door feeling exactly how Id hoped physically too! Would absolutely recommend.

I had a great massage at Alchemy. Stephanie has a great deal of experience and did my body good!  She also had good advice on stretching and other things to do for running recovery.  I will plan to see her again in the near future.
