Buying a home is very stressful, and for someone without a financial background, securing a mortgage is the most confusing part. Nolan Walsh clarified what all the rates and acronyms meant so that I was able to make the right decision. Nolan went out of his way to make sure I got the best available loan at the lowest possible rate. I recommend Nolan to anyone in the market for a mortgage.

Guardian Lending is outstanding. The team is well informed, honest, quick to respond and super organized. Racheal kept us on top of all documents and deadlines and followed up on seemingly endless credit requirements. George facilitated important interactions with realtors and creditors and offered valuable, sage advice. Because they are so efficient and have such a strong reputation in the credit community, we closed a week early. They are extremely friendly and easy to work with; they made an arduous process totally enjoyable!
