Big fat 0 stars if possible. Avoid this bank at all cost. Then never found my insurance info when I sent it in. Charged me 2000 plus without any notice. Spent day one 35mins just on hold. Still cost me one month of their insurance 700 plus dollars. Garbage company. Avoid if possible. No better than wells Fargo. Will be refinancing as soon as possible from a "real" credit union

Very shady credit union will add extras and charge you extra for everything Any chance they get horrible experience. Weve provided multiple documents for insurance, but yet They still keep adding their Insurance. Very shady company. I have loans with two other vehicles, so much better experience. They actually try to help you with this stuff. Im about to tell them to come pick this thing up Im tired of it.

Selco CC Union is a very good bank to use and enjoy. The employees are always helpful. A great bank for sure.

I like Selco but lately it seems staff just isn't as kind as they could be. Some staff just want to find a problem with everything while others want to find a solution. Be the one that's (doing your job) finding a solution. You never know what someone is going through in life and your attitude could make or break their day.
