I called looking for an attorney. The secretary or receptionist that answered the phone asked me what kind of case I was involved in. I replied that was medical malpractice. She informed me that they don’t do medical malpractice. I informed her that their advertisements and website says that that was one of their specialties. She then informed me they were not taking new clients in that area at this time. I asked her why she told me they didn’t do medical malpractice she got very snippy with me and told me they weren’t interested In new clients at this time. I told her I don’t know how they had a five star rating with the kind of service she was providing at which point she hung up on me

I would highly recommend Matthew & Gillian if you’re around the area. Matt was up-front about expectations and helped me prepare for each step. From the start of the process, till the end of the settlement. They are both great people and very nice! I highly recommend going here!

If you are ever in need of an attorney who is looking out for you. I would highly recommend going to see Matt Kaplan. Him and his paralegal Gillian are there to help you with dealing with ever aspect of very trying times of a Personal Injury from a Motor Vehicle Incident. They communicated the process very well with me, and anytime I had a question on any part of the process. I knew I could call and ask questions.
