I contacted Todd about  maintenance for our  1/2 acre of landscaped yard.  We had, I thought, a good conversation on the phone.  I liked  all that he said about their approach to maintenance. After several emails back and forth we agreed on a date and time and he confirmed it in an email.   At the appointed date and time, no one showed up.  He had my email, phone and address but made no contact.  No explanation.  We wasted a lot of time as  2 of us made our schedules available so we could meet with Todd.  Very disappointing.PS  Don't know why yelp thinks this is from Victoria.  I live in Lake Oswego OR

I didn't get to meet anyone here.  I called because the pictures of the work they have done are beautiful.  The second person who called didn't ask what I was thinking or what exactly I needed nor did she make an appointment to see my place.  She quoted me a price of & $10-$20,000 as the low ball price.  So...if you have a bunch of money to spend then this might be the place for you.  I don't even know what that amount of money would buy me but I do know if I was going to spend that I would want an in-person consult and some thoughtful plant ideas before I committed.  I have talked to 3 landscape design people and no-one gave me such a high price without any specifics.  So I am back to the drawing board.  It does look like they do some good work though.

After buying a new home in the Concordia area, we were eager to have our front yard redone. Our designer Brittany and the whole Blossom team were awesome. They understood our needs and designed our garden with simplicity, heartiness, and beautiful greenery! After 2 years, our garden is easy to care for and beautifully grown in. We couldnt be happier. I love that they not only are very professional, but so knowledgeable about landscape design and flora. I highly recommend their services!
