Providence as a whole is extremely incompetent these days and it shows. A typical phone call to this clinic goes like this. You call to make an appointment or speak to someone in the office, and you are placed on hold for 30+ minutes. Another 15 minutes pass, and you wait another 15 minutes. Congratulations, after being on hold for 1 hour, you are immediately cut off by the phone and when you try to call back, you just realized they are now closed for a 2-hour meeting. Every time I call this location, it takes about 20 minutes to a half hour for someone to answer. Is this just a normal day in the life of this location or is it due to a current shortage of staff? In any case, I do hope it straightens out at some point.

This place is a absolute joke. You have to wait around 30 min for someone to answer the phone to be able to schedule an appointment.

I have always felt well taken care of by any of the providers I have seen at this clinic. Dr. Graves delivered my baby 5 years ago and is still our doctor, she remembers details about out family and medical history and is always very thorough in listening to concerns and trusting that you know your body. Dr Pfieffer has also been my kids doctor for a long time and the continuity in care has been amazing. There is usually a long wait to get scheduled for routine appointments with your doctor, but worth it, due to the level of care provided, and they always offer the option of seeing another doctor sooner.
