Great work Opportunity! I have been a recruiter and an insurance agent with Bankers Life. It's a great company, they have been very supportive. Work life balance is very important to me and Bankers Life is all about that. It's not easy work but nothing good in life is easy. We work hard and we play hard!

When we had a family emergency and needed to surrender a policy quickly, our reps, Daniel and Bill, failed miserably. Not only did they fail to process the paperwork correctly, we were not offered any apology or compensation for their mishandling of our transaction and it ended up taking almost 2 months to get our funds. The entire process was extremely stressful and overwhelming. Since then, we have only dealt with corporate, which is slightly better but not by much. They don't care about their customers needs, and will take forever to process anything. They don't seem to understand the meaning of the words EMERGENCY or EXPEDITE, so never think YOUR money is accessible quickly - quick to them is weeks/months. Overall, I would not recommend Bankers for financial needs or any reason. And the auto replies you see here, don't mean anything. I have written these clowns before and got nothing back so the automated replies you will see below is a smoke screen to their lack of customer service!

I am currently employed at the Banker's Life Portland office. If you're wanting to get into the insurance business, I recommend this company because they have an amazing training program for people just getting started!
