Jose Ornelas worked nonstop in 90 degree heat to install our air conditioner and furnace. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and kept the garage working area covered and neat. He explained how the thermostat worked after installation. A hard worker and a credit to your company. Thank you!

Where do I even start. Elijah arrived with a smile and a handshake, was courteous from start to finish, was happy to show our dog plenty of attention up front so that he could get his "someone is here" energy out, and he was extremely thorough. We, like most people I'm sure, had a main issue that we called about, and then a list of stuff we'd been meaning to get to for the last few years. Elijah walked us through every step of it, fielded my additional questions, explained things concisely and clearly for the layperson, and had a practiced delivery with all of it that wasn't robotic or like a schpeal, he just really knew what he was talking about and it inspired a lot of confidence in us. He gave us a quote for everything we asked for, and presented us with the option of Wolcott's monthly/annual service plan. I'm someone who pretty much never signs up for plans of any kind beyond phone and internet, but there was real value in this one, and Elijah never pushed the issue. For us it made real financial sense, and it seemed very useful. But most importantly, he represented the company extremely well. If someone who didn't inspire confidence presented me with the same plan I'd have declined. All in all I was pleased with the cost for the scope of work, pleased with Elijah, and I have piece of mind now regarding a lot of the stuff in my house that will need fixing. Our service is scheduled and we're looking forward to this working relationship. Elijah is a real credit to the company, and I hope he is recognized for it. UPDATE: Elijah and Austin came out to tackle what we agreed upon in the initial visit mentioned above. They arrived within an hour of the window we had been given. Elijah recounted what we talked about last time, re: the scope of work, then he and Austin got to it. Elijah made sure to give me a heads up when he was flipping the breakers off in case it impacted the computer I was working on, which was very much appreciated. The completed the tasks pretty quickly (within a couple of hours total), and then Elijah once again walked me through everything that was done, showing me the visible aspects of it all. Then they were on their way. Very smooth appointment and Elijah and Austin were courteous and professional. Very happy with our decision to do business with this company based on these two interactions.
