        Buying a Taylor Morrison home was one of the best decisions I have ever made. My home turned 1 this month and I am amazed by the durability of this construction, their customer service and warranty care. Frank Stewart, a big shoutout to you for your excellent customer service and promptness. Got my house inspection done by Jay from Interstate Inspection (who apparently was the one who had done the initial inspection a year ago and was top notch at it) and the feedback was excellent and the house was aging well. All houses when new are in great shape, I felt, a one year review after noticing how it settles made more sense and hence the review now. I definitely recommend this builder.
