Tiny Heirloom

My husband and I purchased a tiny house from Tiny Heirloom four years ago, and have deeply regretted it. They were unprofessional, unresponsive, and mislead us multiple times about the status of the home. They never actually built the house, and after three years of back and forth trying to get them to either build the house or give us our money back, we finally settled on a payment plan. However, in the year since, they have been unable or unwilling to make their payments to us. We then agreed to a more flexible payment plan, and unfortunately they have not been able to keep up with that either. If you decide to do business with them, I would recommend you have a lawyer to ensure the contact is upheld. Service: Home building

Due to personal reason we decided not to move forward on our custom Tiny Home however we just want to say the service was amazing. Their home quality, service, and build understanding is unmatched. We have watched their HGTV show Tiny luxury and have been a fan of their brand for years. There is no such thing as a perfect company and they gained our trust and why we are writing this review. Because it rare to find companies that really just want to help you regardless if you spend money or not. It felt more like a family member helping vs some door to door salesmen. My advice is just give them a chance to earn your business and we bet if you then go compare that to everything else out there your choices are slim.. and that's why they are hard to beat to not giving them your dream build!!! Terrible parking lot! Very dangerous, not enough room, pedestrians are everywhere, cars don't have room enough to turn into a lane if there's another car there, not enough parking, and no marked pedestrian crosswalk coming out of the store. So everybody's trying to run you down as you're trying to come out of the store to get to your vehicle.. terrible setup.
