I really like how im treated during appointments. But their telephone service is frustrating. I dread having to call in. If I'm on hold for more than two minutes I know I won't be answered. Seems like they put you on hold and leave you there. I waited on hold over an hour more than once, only to give up, call right back and get my call answered immediately! (When I mention that I was just on hold and never answered, there is no explanation, just apologies.) It happens over and over. I'm giving 4 stars because of the service provided when I'm there, and if you're a current patient you usually do not need to call in, to get medications filled or talk to your doctor. They have a convenient app to use that I really didn't want to bother with at first. But eventually when I tried it I love it. Much better experience. I think they deserve a good rating bc I feel respected during my appointments which can't be said for a lot of places I've been to. They listen to my health concerns instead of rushing me out the door. That's very important to me.
