This place cancelled my appointment TWICE, have moved to a location as well so this image isn’t relevant now. They are extremely unprofessional and overpriced. They didn’t even bother to call, just sent me a casual text canceling my appointments TWICE after getting me very excited for this supposed life-changing experience. I BEGGED them to take my money. They just don’t really care. The guy on the phone encouraged me to seek service at another place because he literally admitted that this company doesn’t have decent customer service. Not only that, after we spoke they sent me a rude email telling me to go see how the service is somewhere else, they didn’t even try to reschedule with a discount or apologize. The best part is you can get the SAME SERVICE for $200 less at Luxe Laser in PDX. Do not give these people your business.
