Lloyd Martindale at C&K Custom Remodeling came highly recommended by a trusted contractor we knew. My wife & I needed to expand our living space into our garage for our adult son who is disabled and lives with us. We had been hesitant to begin the project because we had heard of so many contractor horror stories. We're so glad we found C&K! Their work was impressive from the first meeting to the last detail. Every aspect of the project exceeded our expectations. Working with Lloyd's team (especially his project manager Bryan and his carpenter Josh) was an absolute delightful experience. Josh's work was beautifully done (even the framing!) and he never closed his work day leaving a mess in our home. Lloyd and Bryan assured every single detail was completed to the highest standard. It's hard to trust someone with your home and your money but putting our trust in C&K paid off immensely! If we ever have a home project in the future, we know who we will call.

Lloyd and his team did a fantastic job remodeling our basement. When what began as a basement facelift became a more complex project due to some unforeseen complications, they handled it in stride. From the moment we met Lloyd and his project manager, Bryan, we instantly knew this was the right choice for us to help us with our remodeling project. They are thoughtful, kind, have a wealth of knowledge and provide quality craftsmanship. Throughout the entire process, they were open and upfront about the work that needed to be done, timeline, cost and when any issues were encountered, we were immediately notified with solution options. The project manager was on site every day over the course of the project to oversee and be the point person for the subcontractors.
