I am saddened to hear all the negative reviews for Dr. Kassay. I have had nothing but good experiences with her since early 90s.

This practice has really gone downhill, and clearly does not care about patients anymore, only profits.

I have had Kara and Kristine as my Primary Care ever since the loss of my Wife in '19 due to an MVA. Always the best service although scheduling can be challenging due to my life as an OTR truck driver, but they were my go-to when I selected a new insurance provider. Offices are clean, staff are knowledgeable and friendly and both Kara and Kristine take the time to educate you on any concerns, you are not just another body here.

My son has nerve damage that caused winging of his scapula. He has previously been diagnosed and treated by a great neurologist. The same problem now started on his other shoulder and he needs to go for a follow up visit with a neurologist again to be assessed and treated. I tried several times to get a hold of her office to send through medical records so that she can assess him, review his previous medical records and hopefully give a referral for him to be tested and treated by a neurologist again. Our health insurance does not allow us to go directly to a neurologist without a referral. I was never contacted back after leaving messages to send through the medical records. When my son went to see her she was extremely rude, not interested in listening to my sons condition or treatment he received. I wish I had gone with to try and explain the situation but my son is 19 and I thought they would be able to talk through it in an accepting and supportive environment but that was not the case. I just wish doctors would be more accommodating and open to listening and supporting patients who clearly are there because they need help. Especially when dealing with young adults who clearly have not fully developed the communication skills to explain the issue in a way that works for medical professionals and get the treatment they need.
