        I have been seeing Dr Petering for family medicine and MVA/concussion support for the last several years. I'll preface this by saying I am an RN, so I have lots of experience with medical providers, AND I don't like going to the doctor. He has consistently been supportive, evidence based (which helps avoid discrimination), full of resources, and asks how he can help you get what you need out of the appointment. I love it when providers want to have a conversation about what you think will help and use that with their own expertise--that's the best. He does this. In addition to family medicine he also specializes in sports medicine, so if you are very active (and get injuries), or have children that are very active he could be a great option.
