Oregon Hot Tub recommende Rick to assess my existing exterior hot tub 115 outlet for my new plug and play hot tub and to change it if necessary . Turns out all that needed changing was the cover, not the outlet itself. Extremely poor communication and response time, hours and days, in fact. Refuses to proved any written documentation via email or snail mail, refuses to give me an invoice for payment (my bad also for not getting this prior to payment). It took him 15 MINUTES over the course of 5 days, to change the outlet cover. He claims it took 4 hours locating and obtaining the cover. He charged $275. I have contacted him by text and by phone at least 20 times over past month and still no invoice. Steer clear of this Moron.

worst experience ever. Owner , operator was an unprofessional hippy. I know nothing of this type of business and I felt like I was more knowledgable then him. He also smelled like pot. Why would someone want to pay someone by the hour when they are too high to function and move so slow. Be careful .
