Never would give me even a rough, approximate guesstimate of a date to begin work. Seemed quite amateurish. A bad omen , red flag experience that made us decide we pass on them.

Just got a bill for services no rendered.  A no show and then got billed for not being home. WTF.  Zero stars but have to give on to get this review up.  I  will NOT pay for the attempt to scam me.  Go to Tice Electronics. They rock.

I didn't hire them but they did extensive work for my two closest Neighbors. When a huge branch ripped the powerhead, mast, and meter clean from the side of the house Bridgetown made it out the same afternoon for an estimate and begin work the next morning, completed the exterior repairs and also managed to get PGE out there for a reconnect at 10:00pm that night. They returned the next day to finalize repairs inside the house as well as some upgrades. They were also very cooperative in allowing one of the homeowners to work with them in order to save time and costs. The owner and single resident of this property is an elderly woman with no alternative heat source so this was critical. I spoke to the tech on site briefly the first day he was there and was very friendly and didn't seem to be inconvenienced by my presence. The other neighbor is a non-resident but Bridgetown took care of his repair as well while they were in the neighborhood. Top notch service especially under rushed conditions!

We spent thousands of dollars with this company. They were okay until they weren't. We replaced, upgraded and installed new electrical all over the house in over a couple of phases. The first phase went well enough until that tech left some work not quite finished but since we were using them for multiple phases didn't think it was an issue. That tech was no longer available by the time we went to the next phase. The new tech was sent to complete existing unfinished work and some new work. Even with a detailed explanation and "tour" of where the first tech left off we ended up with issues. Some examples, incorrect wiring connections that my husband to explain a couple of times, a light that worked before his work and then not after, and an outlet that didn't have enough power to run a lamp. We called several times to have it all resolved and eventually it was fixed. However, we were also charged for work we had already paid for as part of the overall project and the tech fixing his own mistakes. After going around in circles they basically took the position that the tech made notes and the work was "new" from the tech's notes (that's convenient). Despite our best efforts to show previous paperwork and explain the differences they just kept sending the full bill and saying they would look into it. Eventually, we paid the invoice which in the big picture wasn't that much just to not have a bill floating in the universe. They get 2 stars because the first tech was solid. The rest is average/below average. We didn't change companies because the permits were already out and no one is going to warranty work by another company. If your going to use them limit it to work that can be completed beginning to end in the same visit and get a copy of the what was done insisting on explicit details. I would not choose again them for a larger ongoing project. Services: Remodeling, Electrical outlet & switch relocation, General repairs, Electrical panel replacement or upgrading, Electrical outlet & switch installation
