        Stupid company makes me change my password every time I go to pay my bill then wont let me change my password, then sends me a link to change and I cant even click the link. Wont let me sign in as guest to pay either. Such a hassle to pay the bill then they get mad Im late. Well maybe if I could get in my account Id pay the dang bill.

        I cant get into my account Im tired of having to change my password every time . When they send the email to change the password they dont always highlight the link so you cant change the password

        Having pacific power customers pay for their negligence in the wildfires. The loss of property, life of people and animals. This is disgusting. Take responsibility for your mistakes. I wish you could choose power service in Portland. I definitely wouldn't choose pacific power...
